The Palazzo Hotel On Priceline<\/p><\/div>\n
The first thing anyone should know about 5-star hotels on Priceline is that the Palazzo is located in Priceline’s “Strip North” bidding zone. \u00a0If you’re bidding on a 5-star hotel in this zone, you should be aware that there are other 5 star hotels that you could get. \u00a0In other words, there is no guarantee with Priceline what hotel you’ll get. \u00a0Having said that, all the 5 star hotels in Strip North are awesome:\u00a0Palazzo Hotel,\u00a0Venetian,\u00a0Wynn and Encore (possibly).<\/p>\n
A couple of years ago, many Priceline customers were getting pissed off because the Trump was included in this zone. \u00a0The problem is that the Trump is not immediately on the Strip, nor does it have a casino. \u00a0Thankfully, Priceline fixed that problem. \u00a0They took the Trump out of the Strip North zone and put this hotel in it’s own zone — Strip Vicinity North (note the word ‘Vicinity’). \u00a0Now, travellers to Vegas can use Priceline without the fear of getting this generally less desired hotel.<\/p>\n

How Much To Bid on the Palazzo in Vegas<\/strong><\/p>\n
As I mentioned, there is no guarantee you’ll get the Palazzo Hotel when bidding on Priceline. \u00a0If you want more assurance, give Hotwire a try as they make it much easier to reveal the name of your hotel by providing a listing of hotel amenities which can be matched up against the Hotwire Vegas hotel list<\/a>.) \u00a0However, if you’re prepared to gamble (no pun intended), chances are that you’ll get the Palazzo as it comes up more often than any other hotel in the Strip North Zone.<\/p>\n
So, if you’re prepared to take the risk, the question is: \u00a0How much should you bid? \u00a0Here are some guidelines:<\/p>\n

Check Priceline Las Vegas winning bids<\/a> in the Priceline Forum. \u00a0I’ve seen it come up for as low as $100 per night, and it quite often goes for around $130 to $150 per night.<\/li>\n
